Thursday:
Breakfast: cereal
Lunch: vegetable soup
Dinner: chili

Friday:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs and toast
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwiches
Dinner: chicken spaghetti casserole

Saturday:
Breakfast: cheese and veggie omelettes
Dinner: sloppy joes and pasta salad
